How does the order process work?
Once we have agreed your framing project, we will send an invoice for you to pay. Once payment has been made we will procced with the following steps:
- Feel free to pop down to our showroom or post your item to us. When posting we recommend that you us a tracked, fully insured service.
- Once we have received your item(s) we will professionally frame them as per your order.
- We will then carefully pack your order and send it back to you on a next day delivery service through our shipping partners, or alternatively, let you know when it is ready for collection.
- The typical lead time for framing service is typically 5 -15 working days. Though we do offer an express service subject to availability. Subject to our terms and conditions.
